Thank you for reaching out.
I would highly recommend that you stay in a hotel instead. Any home owners in Singapore are not allowed to rent out their place(room/ whole unit) for less than 3 months for private property and 6 months for HDB flats. They will risk losing their homes if they are caught breaking the law.
